Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dialoguefy (the "Service"), available at dialoguefy.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Dialoguefy is operated by Rudenko Rodion Vadimovich, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, located at Velozavods'ka 26, apt. 57, Kharkiv 61176, Ukraine ("Dialoguefy", "we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at admin@dialoguefy.com.

2. The Service

Dialoguefy is a tool for language teachers and creators to build conversation dialogues: add speakers, assign each a voice, and generate natural speech, or have AI draft the dialogue text. Finished conversations can be shared by a public link that anyone can open and listen to without an account.

3. Accounts

To create content you sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Credits, plans and payments

• The Service runs on credits. Each AI request consumes one credit, and rendering one line of dialogue to audio consumes one credit (so rendering a six-line dialogue uses six credits).
• New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits.
• The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription that resets your credit balance to the plan's monthly allotment at each renewal. The current price and allotment are shown on the pricing and account pages at the time of purchase.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment methods, and tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates another person without their consent. You may not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, abuse the credit system, or use automated means to access it beyond normal use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the dialogue text, audio, and other content you create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including generating audio through third-party providers and serving shared links you choose to enable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text you submit for generation.

7. AI-generated output

Dialogue text and synthesised speech are produced with the help of third-party AI and text-to-speech providers. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. Generated voices are synthetic and do not represent real individuals.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialoguefy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
