Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dialoguefy collects, why, how it is used, and the choices you have. Dialoguefy is operated by Rudenko Rodion Vadimovich, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, at Velozavods'ka 26, apt. 57, Kharkiv 61176, Ukraine. We are the data controller for the data described here.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card and payment information is handled entirely by Paddle.
2. How we use your data
- To operate the Service: authenticate you, store your dialogues, generate audio, and serve shared links you enable.
- To manage credits, subscriptions, and renewals.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
- To protect the Service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We share data with a small number of processors only as needed to run the Service:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth). We receive your basic profile and email.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments, billing, and tax. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- AI and text-to-speech providers — to generate dialogue text and synthesise speech from the text you submit.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the application and store data.
4. Shared links
When you enable sharing for a dialogue, anyone with the link can open and listen to it without an account. Only the content you choose to share is exposed; you can disable sharing at any time.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your content and personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@dialoguefy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' safeguards for lawful international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
